“The incredible welcome and endless advice from the managers alone make this hostel worth recommending. Even with my poor English, I pestered them daily for restaurant, activity, and bar recommendations—and they always had great suggestions. The location is superb; the old town is easily walkable, and you can head out and back on foot. There are also plenty of night buses. It's a hostel where you can actually sleep—everyone respects quiet hours in the evening. The rooms are spotless, with good bunk beds and soft pillows. Each guest gets a locker with their own key, handy for a cabin-sized suitcase. There's a table, chair, a plug by each bed, and good lighting. The balconies have tables and chairs. It's a bit noisy at night, but that's expected in the centre and never kept me awake. Housekeeping is done daily and the cleaner is lovely. The bathroom (two cabins) and toilets (two) are very clean, with large mirrors in the hallway—perfect for doing makeup. The dining area is nice (no microwave), with a spacious fridge, two induction hobs, and all the dishes and cutlery you need. We cooked almost all our breakfasts and four relaxed meals there. The computers are always available. The photos are accurate. I already plan to return with friends. The staff are attentive, and they offer services like towel rental and laundry.
